Job Description:
Acts as a liaison between the sales team and all internal departments to obtain, process, and fulfill orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handles inside sales calls
- Processes, checks, and distributes purchase orders
- Supports outside salesmen
- Completes Vendor Registration Paperwork for new clients
- Classifies and distributes sales leads
- Tracks and follows up on existing/pre-existing orders
- Follow up with the client on all orders
- Creates merchandise spreadsheets
- Quotes pricing to customers
- Coordinates with IT to provide customized websites
- Forwards customer spec sheets, images, copy, and catalogs
- Handles credit applications and follows up on credit limits and overdue payments
- Travels and works events with Rymax/Brainstorm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate must develop sales strategies supported with compelling presentations that will enable a selling relationship with targeted accounts
Effectively manage assigned territories with an eye toward territory and sales growth
Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer and territory
Build and manage individual sales pipeline
Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome customer objection
Inbound and outbound account sales and account management
Ability to travel when needed
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent follow up and prioritization skills
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Loyalty, Incentive and Events Industry experience strongly desired
- Strong work ethic that is consistently exhibited in attitude and personal drive
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
- Tremendous sense of urgency
- Ability to manager both long-term and short-term sales cycles
- Must be able to work full-time out of our Pine Brook, New Jersey office
- Relentless attention to detail coupled with successful time management and prioritization skills
