PINE BROOK, NJ – July 14, 2026 – Rymax welcomes back Paula Ambrozic as Vice President of Vendor Strategy & Compliance. A seasoned industry leader with 25 years of experience, Paula returns to Rymax with deep industry knowledge, established vendor and brand partner relationships, and extensive expertise in business process improvement, corporate compliance, strategic partnerships, customer relations, and vendor management.
In her role, Paula will oversee Rymax’s vendor strategy and compliance initiatives, supporting operational excellence, strengthening Rymax’s partner network, and expanding the company’s portfolio with emerging names, established leaders, and in-demand brands that align with the evolving needs of its clients and program participants.

Throughout her career, Paula has held leadership roles across Customer Relations, Corporate Compliance, Event Management, and Strategic Partnerships, working with both clients and vendors to drive strong business outcomes. Her experience spans multiple areas of rewards and recognition, including Customer Loyalty and Employee Recognition, where she has focused on creating outcome-based solutions that align with partner goals and program objectives.
