Impending Holiday Travel Creates Revived Demand for Tableware as Undeterred Travelers Head Home for Thanksgiving
Although the Delta variants and changing travel restrictions are making holiday travel a bit iffy this year, the landscape is certainly much improved from this time last year. Many travelers are determined to continue with their vacations and gather with family this Thanksgiving and Christmas after spending 2020 holidays apart.
September 22 marks the first day of Fall, which means the cold weather is just around the corner. In fact, The 2022 Old Farmer’s Almanac tells us all that we should prepare for a “Season of Shivers”, because the 2021-2022 winter season “will be punctuated by positively bone-chilling, below-average temperatures across most of the United States.” In fact, Janice Stillman, editor of The Old Farmer’s Almanac warns, “This coming winter could well be one of the longest and coldest that we’ve seen in years.”
