B2B Companies at Risk of Losing Customers (Infographic)
According to recent findings from Gallup, a majority of B2B companies are at risk of losing more than two-thirds of their consumer base. Companies are now playing more defense with customers because they do not fully understand what they want. The study found that customer engagement has a greater effect on B2B business outcomes than B2C, making this research highly eye-opening to the importance of customer experience and interaction.
Accounts that participated in the study and had the highest levels of customer impact experienced 72% more fully engaged clients. Not frequently interacting and communicating with customers can ultimately break a business relationship and lower customer engagement. It is important for companies to discuss the quality of their performance when handling issues and measure customer feedback to find effective solutions that meet customers’ expectations.
